When we make mistakes, we own up, apologize, and fix them. When we blow you out of the water, we high five. We write on the walls and the tables. We eat skittles before noon and drink kale juice at seven. We don’t over-promise. But we do exceed expectations – often. We answer the phone (Imagine!). We reply to emails. We work transparently.
